The property is divided into digital tokens on the Xahau Network, with each token representing a fractional ownership stake. The total token supply corresponds to the property's value, with tokens priced to make investment accessible.
4. Investment Platform Integration
The tokenized property is listed on our investment platform, where users can review detailed information about the asset, including location, financials, projected returns, and investment terms.
5. Token Distribution
Investors purchase tokens through our platform using cryptocurrency or traditional payment methods. Upon successful transaction, tokens are automatically transferred to the investor's connected wallet.
