One of the unique advantages of investing with PANDA is the ability to earn dual rewards through the Xahau Balance Rewards (XBR) mechanism. This guide explains how to opt in to XBR and maximize your earnings from both property appreciation and XBR rewards.

XBR Overview

Xahau Balance Rewards (XBR) is a native reward mechanism built into the Xahau Network that distributes XAH tokens to participating accounts based on their balance and lock-up period. When you invest in tokenized real estate through PANDA, you can simultaneously earn XBR rewards on your investment.

Opt-in Process

To start earning XBR rewards, you need to opt in to the XBR mechanism. Here's how:

Option 1: Opt in Through PANDA

The easiest way to opt in to XBR is directly through the PANDA platform:

  1. 1.Log in to your PANDA account
  2. 2.Navigate to the "Dashboard" section
  3. 3.Look for the "Opt-in to XBR" button or section
  4. 4.Click "Opt-in Now"
  5. 5.A QR code will appear on your screen
  6. 6.Scan the QR code with your Xaman wallet
  7. 7.Review and approve the transaction in your Xaman app
  8. 8.Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain

Option 2: Opt in During Investment

You can also opt in to XBR as part of the investment process:

  1. 1.When you're in the process of investing in a property
  2. 2.During the review step, you'll see an option to "Opt in to XBR"
  3. 3.Ensure this option is selected (it's usually selected by default)
  4. 4.Complete your investment as normal
  5. 5.The XBR opt-in will be included in the same transaction as your investment

Option 3: Direct Xahau Network Opt-in

Advanced users can opt in directly through the Xahau Network:

  1. 1.Open your Xaman wallet
  2. 2.Navigate to the "Advanced" or "Developer" section
  3. 3.Create a transaction to set the XBR flag on your account
  4. 4.Sign and submit the transaction

Note: This method is recommended only for users familiar with the technical aspects of the Xahau Network. For most users, options 1 or 2 are simpler and more convenient.

Earning XBR Rewards

Once you've opted in to XBR, you'll start earning rewards automatically:
